As a child, I loved art and was offered a university place at Central Saint Martin’s college of art and design, London. Faced with a tough decision about my future, I chose to become a doctor instead!

The best part of being a doctor for me is that I find it incredibly rewarding to be around people and help them to live their most healthy lives. I graduated as a doctor in 2008 from the University of Manchester.

I have over 15 years’ experience in the NHS. Initially, I trained as a surgeon and have completed many postgraduate qualifications including a diploma in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery.  The benefit of working in many surgical specialities including plastics, ENT and maxillofacial surgery is that I have detailed knowledge of the face, head and neck.

Over time, I became drawn to General Practice, qualifying in 2015. I found that communicating with patients and understanding their holistic needs equipped me to help more patients with a huge variety of health conditions, making wider use of my high-level skills. To the “jewel in the crown” of General Practice for me has been the privilege of providing continuity of care. Currently I work as a part time NHS GP in Lancashire, with specialist interests in minor surgery, dermatology and ENT. I am also a NHS GP appraiser where I pride myself in patient safety, keeping up to date, support and developing NHS GPs. 

In my role as a fully qualified Aesthetic Doctor, I can finally combine both my passions of medical and surgical knowledge with artistic flair in creating natural beauty for patients who want to enhance their appearance.  My high level of both medical and surgical skills allows me to offer patients innovative Aesthetics treatments.  My clinic uses a safe, bespoke and holistic approach to make a positive difference to my patients. 

I chose to train with World Industry Leaders in Aesthetic Medicine including Dr Raj Acquilla Full Face Approach, Dr Ayad Harb Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty, Julie Horne Lips and Dr Uche Aniagwu Tear Trough so I can deliver outstanding natural results with safety in mind.
